Types of Sessions

Family

Family sessions typically take place outdoors, in the evening when the lighting is at its best.  I work closely with each family to help plan each session from wardrobe, location selection and props.  I want these sessions to be fun and stress free.  My style of photography tends to lean more towards photojournalistic.  I love to capture images that tell a story.  Final galleries will include a mix of formal portraits as well as the funny and silly moments in between. Family sessions are intended for up to 5 people.  Each additional person is $25.

Children

These sessions are a favorite of mine!  There is no greater joy than capturing the innocence of a child.  Photographing my own children over the the last couple of years is what inspired me to take this leap of faith and start KEDP.  I am so excited for the opportunity to photograph your children.  These sessions range from yearly milestones, birthdays, all about me sessions etc.  I work closely with each client to help plan out session ideas and a perfect location.

Newborn

$375

Schedule your studio or on-location newborn session today for memories of your little one that will last a lifetime.  These sessions typically take place within the first 14 days of birth.  Photo session (approximately 2-3 hours depending on baby’s needs, in studio or in your home) Documentary style with posed and unposed shots.  Includes a gallery of 20-25  full resolution digital images with printing rights.

Watch Me Grow

Don’t blink, life goes faster than you think!  This type of session is meant to capture the baby milestones during the first year of your new baby’s life.  Included are 3 different sessions.  Newborn Session, 6 Month Session and a One Year/ 1st Birthday Session.  These can be done in home, studio or at a location of your choice.  Each session includes a gallery of full resolution digital images with printing rights.

High School Seniors

Senior sessions are always fun! I enjoy working with High School Seniors ( moms and dads too ).  Each session is unique.  I work closely with the client to find locations to fit their style and personality as well as wardrobe suggestions.

Lifestyle Sessions

This style of photography is one of my favorites.  Lifestyle sessions focus on documenting your family doing normal, everyday things.  I believe that there is true beauty in those sometimes mundane activities.  Years from now, you might not remember all of the cute, silly and sometimes crazy things that your kids did.  The laughter, smiles, silly games and bear hugs. These moments are what it is all about.  Lifestyle sessions are about life. Real life.  As crazy, chaotic and messy as it can be at times, it is still your life and there is true beauty in that. These sessions often take place in your own home where your kids feel more relaxed and where you spend most of your time as a family.  Do you enjoy playing games, making crafts or baking as a family? These activities are all fun to document during a lifestyle session.  Sweet moments and memories that you will be able to hold on to as the children grow older. These sessions do not have to be inside the home.  They could be at a park or other location meaningful to your family. I work closely with each client to give ideas and suggestions for a successful session.

$150 retainer fee is required to book a session.  Remaining balance due prior to your session.
